Art and philosophy

Griboullage is a French word used to describe the instinctive merging of colours in the painting of children. It is a free-fall in creativity. Griboullage uses no references, creativity comes mainly from the subconcious. This expands vision, forms change as the work progresses. A flower becomes a face; the wind a bird. It is spontaneity. I create art in this way. Sometimes my thinking evolves through this process too. My work moves fluidly through griboullage to the surreal. This is how I innovate.
