Art and philosophy

Griboullage is a French word used to describe the instinctive merging of colours in the painting of children. It is a free-fall in creativity. Griboullage uses no references, creativity comes mainly from the subconcious. This expands vision, forms change as the work progresses. A flower becomes a face; the wind a bird. It is spontaneity. I create art in this way. Sometimes my thinking evolves through this process too. My work moves fluidly through griboullage to the surreal. This is how I innovate. Einstein and cats

This tickled me ...
"You see, wire telegraph is a kind of a very, very long cat. You pull his tail in New York and his head is meowing in Los Angeles. Radio operates exactly the same way: you send signals here; they receive them there. The only difference is that there is no cat."
ALBERT EINSTEIN (1879-1955)
